№ 01 — Pools

Five tickers. One quote curve each.

Every market is a single USDG pool priced by a constant-product curve. Deeper reserves, tighter fills.

№ 02 — Mechanics

An order book you never have to read.

No makers, no takers, no depth chart. A pool holds both sides and the math sets the price.

01
Pick a ticker

Choose TSLA, AMZN, PLTR, NFLX or AMD. Each is its own USDG pool — the only counterparty is the curve itself.

02
Read the quote

Type an amount and the pool prints the exact fill, price impact and minimum received before you commit a thing.

03
Sign once

Connect a Solana wallet and execute. The swap settles on-chain in under a second — self-custodied, start to finish.

№ 03 — Thesis

A brokerage is a middleman with a login screen. A pool doesn't need one.

Buying a share the old way routes through an account you don't control, a broker that can halt you, and a settlement window measured in days. HoodBank replaces all of it with one thing: a reserve of USDG on one side, a tokenized stock on the other, and a curve between them that quotes a price to anyone, at any hour, without asking permission. You hold the keys. The pool holds the market. That's the whole bank.

P·01
Self-custody by default
Assets never leave your wallet for an exchange balance. You connect, you sign, you settle — nothing to deposit, nothing to withdraw back.
P·02
One transparent price
No spread games, no hidden routing. The quote comes straight off the curve and every trader reads the same number.
P·03
Always open
Pools don't close for the weekend. Reserves are live around the clock, so the market you want is the market that's on.
P·04
Solana-fast
Sub-second finality and cent-scale fees. The fill lands before you look up from the confirm screen.
№ 04 — Questions

The fine print, in plain words.

01What is a tokenized-stock swap?+
It's a token that tracks a stock's price, swapped against USDG inside an automated market maker pool. You get price exposure to names like TSLA or NFLX by trading against reserves — no broker, no order book, no application.
02What is USDG?+
USDG is the dollar-denominated stablecoin used as the quote asset for every pool. You pay USDG to buy a stock and receive USDG when you sell — it's the common side of all five markets.
03How is the price set without an order book?+
By a constant-product curve, x·y=k. The pool holds a reserve of USDG and a reserve of the stock; the ratio between them is the price. Your trade moves along the curve, which is why larger swaps show more price impact.
04Do I own the underlying stock?+
No. HoodBank trades tokenized price exposure only — no shares, no dividends, no voting rights. The ticker names the price an oracle references, nothing more.
05Where are my funds held?+
In your own wallet. HoodBank is non-custodial: you connect, approve a swap, and settlement happens on-chain. There's no exchange balance to trust and nothing to withdraw back.
06Is this affiliated with Robinhood?+
No. HoodBank is an independent community project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, any listed company, or any securities exchange. "Robinhood Chain" and ticker symbols are used only to describe the reference prices and network the project tracks.
